This site is run by Reform UK West Lancashire. If you have any questions about your data, contact us through our Facebook page.

What we collect, and when

• If you message us on Facebook. The branch is contacted through our Facebook page, so any message you send is handled by Facebook (Meta) under their privacy policy. This website itself does not run a contact form and does not collect your name, email address or postcode.
• When you use the postcode lookup on the Find Your Councillor page, the postcode you type is sent to the third-party service postcodes.io to find your councillor. We do not store it.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site securely.

How we use it

We use any details you choose to share with us only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us.

How long we keep it

We keep any information you send us only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact us through our Facebook page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
